3. Recycling Disaster in the Wirral

Hi. I have been trying to get this to the attention of Wirral Council for six months via their representatives and via my MP. This problem means that rubbish collections are twice as often as elsewhere and much more stuff is being put into landfill than in other areas because they do not recycle food waste, foil or plastic food trays. It’s embarassing and unacceptably thoughtless. Why is there no interest in this matter?
